Our Mission
E-invoicing should be neither complicated nor expensive. With Invoice.xhub, we make electronic invoicing based on open standards accessible — for freelancers, small businesses, and developers. We build on EN 16931, UBL, and CII as our foundation and develop all products GDPR-compliant in Germany.
The Product
Invoice.xhub is an e-invoicing tool for XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, and PDF. Create, send, and manage invoices — all in one place. Born from the conviction that e-invoicing does not have to be complicated or expensive. No hidden costs, no lock-in, no unnecessary complexity.
The Founder
Invoice.xhub is built by Patrick Jerominek — a software developer based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The project is part of the xhub.io platform, operated by BeeBack UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
The idea for Invoice.xhub came from first-hand experience: existing e-invoicing solutions were either too expensive, too complex, or not built on open standards. It had to be done better.
Technology
Invoice.xhub is built with modern web technologies and follows an API-first approach. All invoice formats are based on open standards (EN 16931, UBL 2.1, CII). For developers and integrations, we offer the Invoice API — a REST API for programmatic creation and management of e-invoices.
